Quick turnover upstairs

Gosh, we seem to have totally new people upstairs again. AFAICT-Polish speakers with a Jack Russell who keeps yelling at Max. (Who hasn't been yelling back, but whining and crying at the rudeness.)

That was really quick after Boomer's human apparently cleared out.

Edit: Yep, there's a moving van in the driveway.
