Have procrastinated writing a post about why I haven't been around here lately! In short, I'm trying to avoid favorite distractions to some extent, so I will actually work on some important stuff and, hopefully, get my head on straighter. I am trying to work out some of the PTSD triggers, among other things.

I did turn out something about why I've gone veggie again, over where the more overtly political stuff lives. I ran out of steam about halfway through what I'd intended to write, which may be just as well. ;)
