Apr. 6th, 2009 04:32 pmThere is one drawback to all the lovely, sunny weather lately: pollen galore. Between allergies and staying tanked on antihistamines, I'm just not quite here today. Very achy from histamine overload, too. I'd better take my inhaler when we finally set out for a Maxercise session in a few minutes. When I finally get in to see the GP, I need to try to get some antihistamines and Singulair. Adding a leukotriene inhibitor helped amazingly with non-asthma allergy symptoms as well, until what I got prescribed in the US ran out.
With any luck, getting some sun in a few minutes will help clear some bilirubin out of the way so those liver pathways can get rid of some of the histamine. (Yep, turns out I really do get histamine building up.) Maybe it'll also help my mental outlook. I've been depressed today, with some reason.
Things will probably look better tomorrow.
