Dog perseveration?
Mar. 17th, 2009 05:11 pmThe last post made me think about this again. I hope I'm not overdoing the dog-related stuff here.
Not only is Max on my mind a lot lately, I'm also enthused about having clear goals. I know I'm not so good at setting goals; this no doubt has to do with having had most of the initiative trained right out of me. Especially since I put my finger on the problem, to try to work around it, finding obvious goals to work toward is still pretty exciting.
Incidentally, getting the pet care business up and running again has seemed more doable for similar reasons. That may require figuring out what hurdles to jump over to get things going, but goals are pretty clear when you're dealing with animals!
