I feel old now--I have no idea who this Muppet is. :)

Bunson jpeg
You are Dr. Bunson Honeydew.
You love to analyse things and further the cause of
science, even if you do tend to blow things up
more often than not.

HOBBIES:
Scientific inquiry, Looking through microscopes,
Recombining DNA to create decorative art.
QUOTE:
"Now, Beakie, we'll just flip this switch and
60,000 refreshing volts of electricity will
surge through your body. Ready?"

FAVORITE MUSICAL ARTIST:
John Cougar Melonhead

LAST BOOK READ:
"Quantum Physics: 101 Easy Microwave
Recipes"

NEVER LEAVES HOME WITHOUT:
An atom smasher and plenty of extra atoms.

Oi! I am, apparently, Kermit the frog. What's up with that?

*g* You're pretty ancient, then, since that Muppet was around in, I don't know, the seventies... There were two scientist guys, Dr.Bunson and Beakie, a tall guy who talked incomprehensibly in a very high voice. This guy:

Beacker jpeg
You are Beaker.
You are very tense, stressed and paranoid. You hate
furthering the cause of science, as it tends to
get you blown up.

SPECIAL TALENTS:
Scientific assistant, Victim
LAST BOOK READ:
"1001 Meeps to a Bigger Vocabulary"

FAVORITE MOVIE:
"Run Silent, Run Meep"

QUOTE:
"Meep! Meep! Meep!"

NEVER LEAVES HOME WITHOUT:
Medical Coverage

As a result of the experiments, Beaker always got his head blown off or melted or something.

Think Muppet Show, not Sesame Street. He's Dr. Honeydew- had an idiot sidekick called Beaker- the stereotypical mad scientist sort.

Maybe you're not old enough.

Bunsen! *ahem* He's named after the "Bunsen" burner/heater used in chemistry to (quite often) heat beakers. I can't help if the Quizilla author got it wrong (in fact, i only noticed it in your comment). Quite funny, I must say, naming him Bunsen.

Yeah, that's right... I didn't remember Beaker's name either, but got it from the Quizilla result. Shame on me, really, and I even spent two days hiding in a corner of the university library reading a book about Jim Henson when I was supposed to be panic-studying for my exam.

Yet another example of my strange memory. :) I do remember Beaker, now that I see a picture of him.

Yet another tangent

Bunsen burners are nice. Much nicer than makeshift thingies from little Coleman propane bottles. As is far from unusual, I worked in general chemistry over the summer at New River Community College (http://www.nr.edu/). (Small lectures, and they don't make people rent the glassware--not really a deciding consideration, but a practice I find ridiculous.) But, though the chem lab we used was fitted as usual with gas nozzles and all that, some idiot had decided not to hook up the gas, or to disconnect it at some point. Those little propane bottles are particularly fun when they run out in the middle of what one is doing. :)

I think that's probably the answer. I'd placed the other results as being from the Muppet Show, but I was probably young enough, watching it with any frequency, for my recall to be terrible. :)
