urocyonI got a reply from Clarecraft. It seems that nobody from there called the other day, but my ticket should be on its way. *g*
In my fax, I mentioned the online ordering problem, and this is the explanation I received from Fiona:
"In regards to the cookie situation and ordering tickets online. We have had a few people have problems ordering their tickets and having the same response as you. What we have found is that a firewall has actually prevented access. Just to let you that if any of your friends or people you know want to order tickets, all they need to do is lower the security on their firewall, and they should be able to order tickets no problem. Hope that this helps, and sorry that you were unable to order your tickets over the internet."
There is always the possibility that I'm being dense, but it makes absolutely no sense that my firewall would be contributing to this problem. A misconfiguration between them and the third-party credit card processor, perhaps. Ah well, at least I managed to place an order somehow. :)
