- 16:59 Allergy coughing has aggravated the rib muscles and diaphragm again, can't half breathe even after massage. Yeah, smoking doesn't help. #
- 17:01 Trying to take it easy today and not get panicky enough for asthma to kick in too. Will massage it again later. #
- 17:10 Have lamb in the crock pot for obe ata, need to go get veggies. @randomswede may well not want more stew, but I do. *g* Comfort food good. #
