I am pretty sure that the white van is his, but I cannot prove it. From what he told me Saturday, he was trying to get ex-wife to pick Pup up "after the weekend".

If you want, I can take the discussion with upstairs when I get home, if he's home. I don't, necessarily, mind Pup staying indefinitely (although we'd probably need his breed papers to ease the next move), but I will not be paying Upstairs for the privilege of doing the right thing (or at least closer to the right thing).
