I don't get quite that level of reaction, but sometimes it can be quite painful and disorienting adjusting from contacts to glasses at the end of a long day. The glasses correct my astigmatism properly, but it is insufficient in one eye to be corrected for with contacts. Sometimes it feels like the visual disturbances I get with migraines.
